At Norlandia Elderly Care, we are looking for you who are a nursing assistant/care assistant and who wants to work full-time/part-time during all or parts of the summer at Revalyckan elderly home in Jonstorp. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are a valuable key player who contributes to ensuring that our residents have a safe and meaningful existence in their old age. We always start from the resident's will and own abilities and focus on the healthy aspects. As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are responsible for providing dignified and good care based on the elderly person's individual needs. Typical tasks may include assistance with daily care, medication administration, documentation, support during activities, serving meals, and light cleaning in the residents' apartments. You will be involved in everything from educational care moments to enjoyable activities with the residents. It’s a very exciting job!

Revalyckan is a small special housing facility with 32 apartments located in Jonstorp/Höganäs municipality. Revalyckan is close to nature with beautiful walking paths around the facility and is just a stone's throw from the sea. Revalyckan is star-rated, which means we have extra competence in the area of cognitive diseases. Revalyckan is also close to public transport.

As a summer substitute at Norlandia, you will have access to Cappy – an app that gives you real-time insight into working hours and salary. You can see preliminary salary and how extra shifts affect your pay, can withdraw up to 50% of earned salary if needed (hourly employees; 29 SEK/withdrawal, no credit/interest), and gain access to training in personal finance.

We are looking for someone with a big heart and a desire to make a difference. We would like you to enjoy working with people and have a strong sense of service. Additionally, you should be able to collaborate easily with others and have the ability to be flexible and attentive when needed.

• It is an advantage if you have a nursing assistant education (or equivalent education) of at least 1350 points.

• Previous experience in elderly care is highly meritorious.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required.

• We would also like you to have good computer skills and experience with documentation.

Employment type: Summer substitute

Scope: Full-time, part-time, or hourly employment

Start date: June, July, and August 2026

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Before a potential employment, you must be able to provide a criminal record extract. You also need to be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EES or a valid work permit.
